Research On The Mediation Mechanism Of Grass-Roots Social Contradictions In Xintai City Of Shandong Province

At present,with the development of China’s economy and the adjustment of social structure,great changes have taken place in our society,which has been in the critical period of transformation.With the emergence of the transformation period,the original social interest pattern has been gradually broken,and the new interest pattern has been formed.Collision and friction have become a common form of society.All kinds of social contradictions and disputes are constantly emerging,which also show distinct characteristics.These contradictions and disputes are often closely related to the vital interests of the people,and are important issues faced by the grass-roots government.Therefore,to safeguard the rights and interests of the people’s livelihood,the grass-roots government must have a scientific and rational understanding of these social contradictions,and on this basis,build a diversified contradiction.The idea of dispute resolution is to resolve all kinds of social conflicts and disputes at the grass-roots level,and to build a new model of social governance of grass-roots government.This study takes Xintai grass-roots government of Shandong Province as the research object.On the basis of in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of social contradictions and disputes handling of Xintai grass-roots government of Shandong Province,it analyzes the existing problems in the process of social contradictions handling of Xintai grass-roots government of Shandong Province,and puts forward feasible and diversified social contradictions Handling Countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the actual situation.Through in-depth analysis of the current situation and characteristics of social conflicts,specific measures and effectiveness of mediation of Shandong Xintai grass-roots government,the study found that the current social conflicts faced by Shandong Xintai grass-roots government have many types,which can be roughly divided into people’s livelihood pension type,social security type and public service type.At the same time,the social contradictions faced by the grass-roots government of Xintai in Shandong Province also show their own characteristics,such as: the contradiction involves a wide range,the abnormal settlement rate of the contradiction increases,and the of social contradictions of Shandong Xintai grass-roots government,the specific measures and effectiveness of mediation;fourthly,the problems and causes of social contradictions mediation of Shandong Xintai grass-roots government.This paper analyzes the existingdifficulty of contradiction mediation.There are some problems in social conflict mediation of Xintai grass-roots government in Shandong Province,such as insufficient execution of social conflict mediation agreement,low participation of citizens in the process of social conflict handling,lack of coordination of the main body of social conflict mediation,and difficult to break through specialized dispute resolution work.The main reasons for these problems are: low awareness of multi-dimensional collaborative treatment of social conflicts,improvement of collaborative governance capacity of departments involved in conflicts,improvement of relevant supporting systems for social conflict treatment and construction of social conflict mediation team.Therefore,in order to build a diversified solution mechanism of social contradictions of Xintai grass-roots government,we need to build a diversified solution mechanism of "1 + 5 + N" contradictions and disputes,improve the awareness of coordinated governance of social contradictions,enhance the coordination ability of multiple subjects of social contradictions,improve the supporting system of diversified social contradictions,and strengthen the construction of talent team for social contradictions.This study attempts to provide effective strategies for solving social contradictions of Xintai grass-roots government in Shandong Province,but does not provide reference for the similar grass-roots government to solve social contradictions,and then provide reference for policy-making.This study attempts to provide effective strategies for solving social contradictions of Xintai grass-roots government in Shandong Province,but does not provide reference for the same grass-roots government in dealing with social contradictions,and then provide reference for the policy-making of solving social contradictions.
