With the advancement of human society,rapid development,and changes in reform,the pressure on the workforce of the workplace is increasing.Burnout,as the accumulation of long-term work stress,has been widely existing in various scenes today,affecting the enthusiasm of workers in the workplace,and the social attention is very high.A survey by China Human Resources Development Network revealed that "job burnout" has become widespread,especially among grassroots civil servants.Grass-roots civil servants have become the group with the highest proportion of job burnout due to heavy work tasks,high work pressure,investigation of the working environment and high social attention.Job burnout not only affects physical and mental health,but also affects the career development of grass-roots civil servants,which has a negative impact on national policy implementation,performance realization and government credibility.Therefore,it is of great significance to pay attention to and alleviate the job burnout of grassroots civil servants.First of all,the research in this article draws on the theoretical exploration of job burnout of related scholars at home and abroad in recent years.Based on the theoretical and working time performance,it accurately grasps the work performance,psychological factors,institutional influences and family conditions of the research objects.Then,based on the relevant questionnaires of the grass-roots civil servants,the performance and consequences of job burnout of the grass-roots civil servants in city A are obtained through data analysis,data chart establishment,and analysis of influencing factors.Based on the questionnaire,the general situation of job burnout among grass-roots civil servants in city A was described and analyzed,and the occupation of civil servants under different demographic variables was analyzed.Finally,according to the research results,from the three aspects of occupation,working environment and organizational system,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to prevent and alleviate the job burnout of grassroots civil servants in city A.
