A Study On The Era Value Of Xi Jinping's Important Discourse On "People-centered"

The communist party of China has always taken serving the people wholeheartedly as its governing purpose,and its ruling position is to establish the party for the public and people.In the context of the new era,the principal contradiction of socialism has undergone a fundamental transformation,and the people have higher demands in politics,economy and culture.According to Marxist historical materialism,complying with the demand of the new age development,Xi Jinping has made a series of important statements around the "people centered",not only made clear the important role of the people in social development,but also provided the fundamental value for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Based on defining the core concept of "new age","people" and "people centered",this paper analyzes the formation of Xi Jinping's important discourse on "people-centered",from two aspects of international environment and domestic environment,summarizes the background of its formation,respectively from the theory of Marxism-Leninism theory,Chinese successive leaders of the people's square,the traditional people-oriented thought in ancient China and the critical reference of the western humanism thought expounds the four aspects of its theoretical roots;This paper summarizes the practical basis from three aspects: his personal experience in the countryside,his experience in local politics and his experience in governing the country.Since the eighteenth congress,with the continuous development of social practice,the connotation of Xi Jinping important discourse on "people-centered" is reflected in all aspects of governance,mainly contains the fundamental tenet theory,the theory of development dynamics,the practical methodology,the people's livelihood construction theory,the core teleology and the people's test theory on six aspects.At the same time,the important discourse in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in various fields have profound popular connotation,mainly displays in: guaranteed the people's right to be masters of the country in the political;improved the people's material life level in the economy;strengthened the cultural awareness of creation for the people in the culture;insisted the dialectical unity of party spirit and people's character in the party building;enhanced the sense of acquisition,happiness and security of people,satisfied the people's demand for production and living environment;established the safeguard people's fundamental interests of the national security objectives in the national security defended the peaceful work and production of the people in the army.Xi Jinping's important discourse on "people-centered" is the fundamental basis when the communist party formulated all kinds of guidelines and policies,reflects the unique value in the political,economic,cultural,party building,the livelihood of the people,ecological,national security,army aspects of social development,must use it as a new era of the construction and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics to follow scientific guide and theory.
