The Nature Of Interbank Risk Investment Guarantee And Effectiveness Case Study

Commercial banks play a very important role in the economic field of our country,and their management should not only seek their own development and growth,but also bear more social responsibility.Prudent management is necessary for banks themselves and is a top priority for social stability.In recent years,with the continuous development of commercial banks and the expansion of business,there have been many disputes around the venture capital business of the same industry in judicial practice,which is very unfavorable to the development of the bank itself and has a potential threat to social stability.So this paper takes three typical cases,such as Hubei Bank v.Genhe Branch of Agricultural Development Bank,as an example to guarantee the venture capital around the bank Based on the theory of bond guarantee,the author discusses the legal risks that commercial banks lack in solving the problems of interbank venture capital and venture capital guarantee,and the theory of relative imperfect legal system,puts forward some views and solutions to the related problems,and some suggestions to improve the legal system.to future commercial banks or The people's court provides reference for resolving such disputes.
