| With the advent of information and globalization,the rapid popularization of science and technology,the pace of information is accelerating,and the requirements for government management ability and efficiency are also increasing.How to improve the working efficiency of the government lies in the front-line civil servants.Through the training of civil servants,improving the efficiency of civil servants can better establish the image of the government and provide better public services.From the perspective of professional needs,it is found that there are problems and cruxes in the training of civil servants in Heilongjiang Province,in order to establish a perfect training system of civil servants in Heilongjiang Province,and then improve the training system of civil servants in Heilongjiang Province,it is particularly important to effectively play the administrative ability of civil servants.Starting from the theory of human capital,the theory of ability post matching and the theory of life-long education,this paper uses the methods of literature analysis and questionnaire survey to analyze the current situation of civil servant training in Heilongjiang Province,find out the existing problems of civil servant training in Heilongjiang Province,and explore the causes,that is,the training concept is too conservative,the training emphasis is not enough,and the training process is lack of attention Supervision and assessment.Based on the advanced experience of civil servant training in the developed countries of the United States and Singapore,as well as in Jilin Province and Dalian City,combined with the reality of civil servant training in Heilongjiang Province,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve civil servant training in Heilongjiang Province.First,establish professional demand oriented civil servant training;second,develop diversified training methods suitable for the professional development of civil servants in Heilongjiang Province It is to introduce a third-party training institution focusing on professional needs.Fourth,it is to formulate training assessment for professional needs. |
