The Path Study On The Community Participation Of Rural Tourist In Ethnic Regions

Ethnic regions have unique natural resources and ethnic culture,and also have the advantages of developing tourism,but in the actual development process,because of many factors,the state of community participation in tourism is not good.The participation of minority community residents in tourism is low,the phenomenon of harming the interests of the community is more serious,and the lack of power is more common.Therefore,it is necessary to protect the interests of the residents and improve the effective ways of community participation,so as to promote the development of ethnic tourism and maintain social stability in ethnic areas.This paper analyzes the structure of rural community's right to participate in tourism and points out the necessity of community's participation in empowerment by consulting the latest research results on tourism development of minority villages and taking Xianggao in Gannan as the research object.Through the methods of literature analysis,in-depth interview meal,field investigation and etc,the evaluation index system of community tourism empowerment is established.Through the questionnaire survey,the situation of community participation in tourism empowerment is evaluated and analyzed,and the reasons are discussed,and finally the relevant suggestions are put forward.The conclusions of this study mainly include the following aspects:(1)Community empowerment is at the core of community participation,provided that community members enjoy full participation.The power of the relevant stakeholders in the community is balanced,which helps to reduce community contradictions and promote national unity.(2)The lower participation in tourism and the better performance of economic participation in the ethnic communities of Xianggao,Gannan Prefecture,prove that the development of tourism the residents' economic benefits outstanding.However,the political,psychological,social and cultural aspects of the weaker.(3)The tourism development of Xianggao ignores the interests of ethnic cultural capital,lacks the excavation and protection of ethnic culture,and restricts the overall participation of the community.Therefore,the overall evaluation and analysis of community power structure,pointing out the shortcomings and direction of improvement will contribute to the sustainable development of ethnic communities.
