Study On The Personalized Learning Of Police Operational Commanders

The development of Knowledge Graph provides a new direction for the management and application of knowledge.In the field of pedagogy,researches on Personalized learning based on Knowledge Graph emerge in an endless stream.However,in the field of police education and training,the application potential of Knowledge Graph is yet to be explored.The operational commander is at the lowest level of the chain of command,which directly faces all kinds of complex and changeable warning situations,and requires a high degree of response ability and knowledge and skills.The training of the operational commander's ability directly determines the first on-site disposal effect of the warning situation.In this study,the Knowledge Graph is combined with the training of police operational commanders,and the concept of Personalized learning is introduced,so that the operational commanders can carry out personalized learning according to their own needs and tasks,so as to improve their ability.This study mainly adopts methods of literature,Delphi method,practice expert seminar and so on,and uses Neo4 j as a database to make Knowledge Graph,which provides support for personalized learning.The article is divided into six parts:The first chapter points out that there are some problems in the training of police action commanders,such as low intelligence degree and inability to meet the individual needs,and makes a full definition of relevant concepts such as police operational commanders and Knowledge Graph.In the second chapter,combining the domestic and foreign literature,the author sorts out the Knowledge Graph,Personalized learning and the combination of the two,and finds that the combination of Knowledge Graph and Personalized learning has been a relatively advanced practice in other fields,and has achieved good results.The third chapter is a brief introduction of the research methods,and specifically explains the application ideas of Delphi method and practice expert seminar.The fourth chapter is the construction process of the Knowledge Graph of operational commanders.The literature method is mainly used to comb the literature review and establish the sketch of the Knowledge Graph.The Delphi method and the practice expert seminar method are mainly used to verify and improve the Knowledge Graph to collect and classify the knowledge blocks needed to complete the Knowledge Graph.The fifth chapter is the combination of Knowledge Graph of operational commanders and Personalized learning.It puts forward the principles of Personalized learning design,and makes a specific explanation on the content,sequence,goal and process of learning design.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect of the whole research process,and analyzes the limitations of the research.The author hopes that through this research,the concept and characteristics of operational commanders can be fully sorted out,and the Knowledge Graph will be introduced into the field of police education and training,to provide specific design ideas for the Personalized learning of operational commanders.
