Since the 20 th century, the crime of drug production in China has become more and more severe, and China has gradually become one of the global drug supply places. The drug production problem in the economic, social, cultural and political context, with the social development, political intervention, legal intervention, cultural convergence and continuous expansion and alienation.Although the strict policy adopted in recent years has played a certain effect on curbing the crime of drug production in a short term, the crime of drug production has shown a trend of increasingly concealed places, more rigorous organizations and gradually upgraded means of drug production, which makes it increasingly difficult to crack down on the crime of drug production. In the long run, unilateral and high-intensity anti-drug policies, although they have the effect of "treating the symptoms",cannot completely curb the spread of drug-making crimes. This paper takes the current situation and law of drug-making crime as the theoretical premise, deeply studies its root causes, and makes full use of economic, social and criminal means to truly block the source. From the perspective of research, this paper selects the spatial distribution angle that can directly reflect the current situation of drug-making crimes, studies and summarizes the law of the spread of drug-making crimes in China from a macro perspective, and takes the analysis of influencing factors as the research object to explore the deep reasons that cause the drug-making crimes in China cannot be cured, developed and spread. And on this basis to explore countermeasures and suggestions,in order to achieve the effect of squeezing this kind of crime. In terms of research methods, this paper combines theoretical research with empirical test to ensure the objectivity and scientificity of the analysis results.Based on the analysis of the current situation and law of the crime of producing drugs, this paper makes an in-depth study of its origin, and makes full use of economic means, social means and criminal means to truly block the source. From the perspective of research, the author selects the spatial distribution angle that can directly reflect the current situation of drug-making crimes, studies and summarizes the law of the spread of drug-making crimes in our country from a macro perspective, and takes the analysis of influencing factors as the research object to explore the deep reasons that cause the drug-making crimes in our country cannot be cured, developed and spread. And on this basis to explore the countermeasures,in order to achieve the effect of squeezing this kind of crime. In terms of research methods, theoretical research and empirical test are combined to ensure the objectivity and scientificity of the analysis results. This paper consists of five parts. The first chapter proposes the research background and significance, analyzes and summarizes the research status through the literature review, and expounds the research content, methods and ideas, innovation points, etc.Chapter two describes the law of spatial distribution of drug-making crimes from the aspects of drug-making organizations, key population and drug-making dens. The third chapter analyzes the factors affecting the spatial distribution of drug-making crimes by combining the related principles of criminal geography and economic geography.Chapter four makes empirical test on the analysis results of influencing factors through regression analysis, and determines the variables that have significant influence on the spatial distribution of drug-making crimes. Finally in the fifth chapter through the analysis of the conclusion, targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
