Study On The Psychological Characteristics Of The Victims Of Child Molestation And Their Countermeasures

The frequent occurrence of child molestation crime cases has aroused wide attention of the society.The victims of such cases have their own particularity.When the child victims are questioned by investigators,they are affected by their own physiology,psychology and external factors,which makes it difficult to correctly express the real situation of the cases.At present,the public security organs have not established specialized interrogation procedures and methods for molested children.In law enforcement practice,investigators often ask molested children in accordance with the conventional interrogation methods,which is difficult to achieve the expected interrogation effect and easy to cause secondary injury to children.Based on this,this paper,on the basis of summarizing the psychological characteristics of molested children when they are questioned by investigators,analyzes the problems existing in the current inquiry of molested children by investigators and puts forward Suggestions for improvement.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the definition of the relevant concepts,the analysis of the relevant concepts and characteristics of child molestation crime,combing the domestic and foreign research on child victim inquiry methods.The second part analyzes the performance of molested children when they are questioned by investigators,and determines the relevant factors that affect the psychology of child victims through the research of relevant performance.The third part summarizes the problems when the investigator asks the molested children,including the problems in the preparatory stage,the problems in the process and the problems in the method.In the fourth part,the author puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions on the procedure,method and training mechanism for investigators to inquire the molested children.The fifth part is the deficiency and prospect of the research work,hoping to promote the scientific process of child victim inquiry through relevant research.
