The Research And Design Of The Public Security Emergency Plan Auxiliary Decision Support System

In recent years,emergencies have occurred frequently,and the public security department,as an important force for maintaining social stability,has played a vital role in the management of emergencies.The public security department's emergency management for emergencies is based on the public security emergency plan.In the process of dealing with emergencies,complex emergency decisions will be made,that is,the dispatch of various emergency rescue personnel and materials.At this time,establish a real-time information sharing system has become an urgent need for emergency management of public security departments.Based on the actual needs of public security work,this paper designs and develops a web-based development technology-based public security emergency plan auxiliary decision support system,and introduces CBR(Case-Based Reasoning)case reasoning technology into the auxiliary decision of public security emergency plan.The main work and innovation of the thesis are as follows:First of all,the design of the system structure and function modules of the auxiliary decision support system of the public security emergency plan and the development of the system were completed.The development status of the emergency plan management system at home and abroad and CBR case reasoning technology were studied.According to the development principles and needs analysis of the auxiliary decision support system of the public security emergency plan,the overall system and various functional modules were designed,and the appropriate software was selected.Hardware development environment and data organization form.Secondly,a case reasoning method for public security emergency plans based on CBR case reasoning technology is designed.Based on the system case database,a case reasoning method that meets the characteristics of emergency cases in the field of public security is proposed.This method desgin the framework of public security emergency plans,case similarity measurement model,index feature similarity algorithm,attribute weight determination method,global similarity calculation algorithm is designed.Finally,the proposed case inference method of the public security emergency plan was tested to verify the actual operation process of the case inference method ofthe public security emergency plan.At the same time,the case inference method studied in this paper was analyzed by analyzing the calculation results of the example.
