Although the origin of Chinese constitutional thought cannot be said to have begun since the introduction of Japanese constitutional thought in the late Qing Dynasty, the introduction of Japanese constitutional thought in the late Qing Dynasty has indeed played a unique role in the development of Chinese constitutional science. The introduction of Japanese constitutional thought in the late Qing Dynasty objectively greatly promoted the development of Chinese constitutional science. The acceptance of the constitutional thought of Japan by the intellectual community and the output of localization have created a solid theoretical foundation for Chinese constitutional studies and have influenced it to this day.Objectively reviewing that passage of history,it is of extraordinary significance and practical value to the construction of the socialist rule of law today,to sort out the relationship between traditional culture and the current legal system construction, and to establish self-confidence in the system and culture.
