Research On The Influence Of Land Circulation In Rural Governance

The core of rural governance lies in farmers,and land is closely related to farmers.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the changes of land system for improving rural governance.Over the last ten years,with the development of the socialist market economy,the disadvantages of household contract responsibility system has appeared gradually.For example,the degree of farmers' dependence on land is becoming lower and lower,so the rural pattern that farmers lived on the land is being broken.At the same time,the land circulation gradually popularized in the vast agricultural and rural areas,which has brought the new changes of new rural governance.Based on the above background,taking Xiuhe village,Laoxin town,Qianjiang city,Hubei province as an example and focusing on various links of land transfer,this paper adopts case analysis method to analyze the changes and challenges brought by land transfer to rural governance,and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the rural governance system.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly introduces the research background,significance,related concepts,thinking methods and possible innovation points.The second chapter is literature review.It mainly analyzes the relevant research of land transfer and rural governance at home and abroad.The third chapter takes Xiuhe village,Laoxin town,Qianjiang city,Hubei province as an example to illustrate the process of land transfer,which mainly includes the background,specific path and effect of land transfer in Xiuhe village.Chapter four mainly analyzes the impact of land transfer on rural governance in Xiuhe village,including positive impact and negative impact.The fifth chapter is the suggestions to improve the rural governance of Xiuhe village under the model of land transfer.In order to better promote the land transfer,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the rural governancesystem from four aspects,such as strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots organizations,increasing the support of human resources,highlighting the dominant position of villagers in villages,and improving the village management and supervision mechanism,so as to boost the rural revitalization.
