Research On The Application Of Smart Old-age Care In Community Home Endowment

Compared with family and institution pension,the development of community home-based pension can not only meet the elderly’s desire for home-based pension,but also provide the elderly with needed pension services.However,with the increasing needs of the elderly,the traditional community home care has been unable to meet the elderly’s diversified pension demands.Wisdom pension model will endowment services and Internet,large data,the Internet of things,such as information technology,through the information service platform integrating multidisciplinary resources such as catering,housekeeping,medical treatment,apply it to the community home endowment service can promote endowment service supply and demand balance,increase the service project,enriching the content of pension services,and form a closed loop structure to improve the quality of pension services,flexible service supply,improve service personnel quality,information series service main body,the perfect community home endowment service system,appeared in the elderly individuality demand at the same time make up for the inadequacy of community home endowment,promoting community home endowment service.However,in the investigation and interview of Hongmei community,it is not difficult to find that the application of smart endowment in community home care is facing development problems.If the elderly have low digital literacy,the "silver digital divide" is difficult to bridge;Lack of a master plan for the smart endowment and decentralized development in various regions;The level of intelligence and informatization of smart endowment model is low;There are security risks in network information,and pension data is not guaranteed.There is a shortage of staff in the old-age service industry and a professional team in smart old-age service;The distribution of smart endowment resources is not balanced and the differences between regions are obvious.The reasons for the problems are analyzed,including the fact that the smart pension industry is in the primary stage of development,imperfect relevant policies and regulations,insufficient consumption capacity of residents and limited expenditure items,obstacles for the elderly to accept the smart pension,and limitations on the development of smart pension by traditional ideas.On this basis,this paper mainly puts forward the following countermeasures and Suggestions to optimize the application of smart endowment in community home-based nursing service in terms of social atmosphere,platform construction,research and development technology,laws and policies,talent team construction and other aspects.First,improve the system to ensure the development and improvement of the application of smart endowment;Secondly,create an atmosphere of "wisdom" to promote the application ofwisdom for the aged to take root;Third,government-led efforts should be made to promote the participation and cooperation of multiple parties.Fourth,build a fully covered information service platform to efficiently manage endowment resources;Fifth,the elderly care industry should set up the old as the service concept,innovation for the old smart terminal research and development,in the use of products and price reduction.Finally,we should strengthen the construction of talent team,especially the cultivation of comprehensive talents.At the same time,we should improve the scientific and technological literacy of the elderly and promote the optimization of the use of smart pension products.Finally,the application of smart endowment model in community home care service is improved.
