With the continuous development of the Internet Age,the online game live broadcast market has gradually prospered,and many controversial and popular online game live broadcast copyright disputes cases have appeared in practice,both in theoretical and practical fields,for this type of case is very interested in,causing concern and controversy is not a small number.Based on such a realistic background,this paper mainly discusses the copyright issue of online game live broadcast in detail through two levels of theory and practice,combined with the experience and lessons of other countries in online game live broadcast protection,in view of our country in the copyright protection question puts forward the more practical feasible proposal.The main body of this article includes the following parts:the first part is about the summary of online game live broadcast.First of all,put forward the concept and characteristics of online game live broadcast,and then through in-depth analysis of the copyright meaning of the composition of the work,define the online game live broadcast work attributes and work types.The second part explains the copyright attribute of the network game live broadcast in detail and the protection present situation of our country.It mainly explains the copyright property rights related to the live broadcast of online games,including the right to perform,the right to broadcast,the right to spread information on the Internet and other rights in the regulations And whether the live broadcast of online games constitutes the restriction of Copyright Law.Finally,this paper briefly introduces the current situation of copyright protection of online games live broadcast in China.The third part is the network game live broadcast copyright infringement issues in-depth analysis and discussion,proposed in practice need to solve a number of issues.The fourth part is to study the experience of other countries in the online game live broadcast copyright system and its enlightenment to China.It mainly talks about the experience of the US,Japan and South Korea in dealing with the online game live broadcast copyright dispute,and then draws out the enlightenment to our country.The fifth part focuses on the improvement of our country's online game live broadcast copyright protection proposals,and specifically listed four proposals,covering a number of areas and levels,is very feasible.
