Research On Law Enforcement Risk Prevention Of Tax Inspection Under The New Taxation System

After the reform of taxation system in 2018,the organizational system of tax inspection has also undergone corresponding changes,and tax inspection has ushered in a new working situation.Under the new taxation system,the organization and management level of tax inspection are optimized,the standards and concepts of law enforcement tend to be consistent,and the objects of law enforcement are more comprehensive and three-dimensional.Although the measures and means of tax inspection and law enforcement are constantly being innovated and optimized after the reform of tax system,with the increasing complexity and concealment of illegal tax acts,the risk of tax inspection and law enforcement arises at the historic moment.With the transformation of service-oriented government and the deepening of optimizing tax business environment,it is more and more difficult to enforce tax inspection under the new situation.It is imperative to change the concept of inspection law enforcement and optimize the way of inspection law enforcement.Based on Tax Inspection Bureau of M City,this paper sorts out the prevention objectives and risk points of law enforcement risks based on the key links of tax inspection.At the same time,it is summarizd and analyzed that the existing risk prevention measures of Tax Inspection Bureau of M City,including strengthening the construction of clean government education and job training,implementing the construction of inspection standardization,supervising and performance evaluation of inspection law enforcement risk prevention,and informationization of internal control,etc.At present,M City Inspection Bureau has taken measures in strengthening clean government education,implementing inspection standardization construction,supervision and performance appraisal,and internal control informationization,etc.
