Research On The Development Of Local Government Investment And Financing Platform In Yunnan Province

In recent years,with the acceleration of social and economic development,local governments at all levels continue to increase investment in infrastructure construction,which has caused a greater burden on the limited local finance and triggered the contradiction between development and investment.In order to solve the financial difficulties,many local governments have set up investment and financing platforms to raise a lot of development funds for local construction,effectively alleviating the financial deficit of local governments.In the development process of investment and financing platform,there are many difficulties and problems.With the snowball of financing getting bigger and bigger,there are more and more problems.Local government investment and financing platform is facing a lot of transformation and development pressure.Based on the public infrastructure operation task investment company jointly established by the government led investment and financing platform and local urban facilities operation companies,this paper studies the new development channels of local government investment and financing activities from the perspective of public management in government economics.This paper is based on the provincial level of Yunnan Province,based on the research data of investment and financing platform companies in Kunming,Chuxiong,Pu'er City and other regions as the supporting basis of the paper,through the collection and collation of relevant basic theories of public management,it provides theoretical support for the development research of local government investment and financing platform with control.At the same time,this paper uses the methods of investigation and research,consulting data,combining quantitative and qualitative methods,makes an empirical study on the factors affecting sustainable development such as the risk,management and living environment of local government investment and financing platform in Yunnan Province,and explores the practical difficulties and problems in the development process of local government investment and financing platform,so as to ensure the sustainable development of investment and financing platform companies Development,management and control development,adapt to the development of the market law,and seek effective countermeasures and suggestions.
