Since the founding of the People's Republic of China 70 years ago,China has explored a path of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which has brought earth-shaking changes to the political,economic and cultural aspects of society.A steady rise in gross national product(GNP),urban housing construction speed,transportation industry outstanding results,cross-regional flow increased population,per capita disposable income increased year by year,reconstruction and newly-built residential area increasing,the regional differentiation and urban villages,etc.,all has brought about great changes to people's production and living way,along with social progress and people because of diversity of ideas and values,produce all kinds of social contradictions and social problems,threat to social stability and harmony.Strengthen the social management system construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics is an important topic of the current,as the starting point and foothold of social governance,community governance is inevitable trend of promoting the modernization of national construction,and community education research as an important part of the community research,it is necessary under the same topic will be "community education" and "community governance",to make it better adapt to and serve the community construction.Community education in order to research how to effectively integrated into the community governance,the paper adopts questionnaire and interview method,selection of Hohhot urban district zhongshan road streets,and through developing community education and various related activities in the community,try to practice in community education in community governance case,on the basis of combing out the chaos existing in the management of community governance problems,mainly reflected in the community education resources construction mechanism is weak,do not pay enough attention to community education resource integration,and community education funding a single,etc.This paperanalyzes the causes of the confusion of community governance from the perspective of the restriction led by the government,the slow development and popularization of community education and the weak awareness of community members' participation.Between education and social development through the analysis of community,community education,community education and between government behavior between elements such as residents,proposed to the zhongshan road street community education in community governance countermeasures,first of all,the community education into the premise and guarantee the reform direction of community governance concept category,is to implement the party members' education as the leading,in order to improve the residents' quality as the core,to assist the community governance trend of multiple subject to common governance,strengthen the party lead the cooperation with multiple subject;Secondly,we should correctly understand and deal with the relationship between the leading and the main body,reveal that the development of community education should be based on the essential law of people-oriented,and enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of community residents in learning.Finally,carrot and stick of the tough love relationship category,let feature lectures,courses and activities as the carrier,to develop community culture cohesion,to meet the diversified demand to build a harmonious society,the formation of community education "full,full,all-round" into the community governance model,is to perfect the laws and regulations and the resources construction and strengthen the management team and the construction of teachers team.In order to improve the community governance ability,we must reconstruct the community education service function.On the basis of the existing work mode,we should actively integrate into the new pattern of community work along with the innovation of social governance,and integrate community education into all aspects of social governance to become an important part of the social public service system.Whether it can give full play to and reflect the main role of social organizations,andfully develop humanized and intelligent governance,is not only to achieve a qualitative leap in community education,but also the spiritual level of poverty alleviation towards the well-off,is the future community education further practice and exploration of the focus.
