In the world,Poverty is a long-term enormity problem for countries to face of.In order to solve the poverty problem,disciplinary experts and scholars formed the different theoretical research of.They break through the material and consumption imbalance,which rises to the environment,space,capital etc.This paper analyzes the factors of poverty and go deep into the culture,quality,ability,from the human rights and find out the breakthrough point to solve poverty in human resources.Since the foundation of new China,the poverty alleviation work in our country has been trying to practice.There are 26.88 million poor people until 2010,which includes of the poor women accounting for 60%.According to the national bureau of statistics released 2011 rural poverty detection results show that our country’s "mountains poverty population accounts for the proportion of rural poverty population increase;the poor every year concentrate in the ethnic minority areas".For ethnic minorities in the mountains,the poor women are the more vulnerable groups of poor people.They getting of the livelihood resources are even more difficult and lack of.Therefore,they become the minority poverty mountainous"short board" of the "short board".In the poverty alleviation precise,the state more emphasis phase on "poverty alleviation FuZhi,first,especially for the special groups of poor women.They should be more realed from policy by the education rights and interests protection.So education poverty alleviation has become the "FuZhi",critical path and the necessity.And the implementation of the education poverty alleviation requires from the education of national macro for poverty alleviation policy to ensure that supervision and evaluation of the effect.in order to improve their basic quality of culture and technical skills,putting education as a mountain to a few people poor women crucial for poverty alleviation of priority is a need.Promoting the poor people’ s education in Guang Xi.in case of ziyaun study the form self-study education to students of higher education before poverty and by understanding education poverty alleviation policy on poverty reduction and protection effect of the poor families students talents,puts forward the mountainous minority poor women out of poverty is the key to stimulate its important role of human resources.In addition,the education poverty alleviation policy is to ensure that the education opens the way of "FuZhi",also,to solve the poverty problem is an important part of the final.Based on the study of ZiYuan county mountain national minority poverty the status of women,the authorare receiving the education poverty alleviation policy to solve the poverty mountainous area women studies.This study selected ZiYuan county of Guangxi ethnic minority in the mountains of poor women as a case,which aims to study the local minority mountain poor women who are entitled to the condition of education poverty alleviation policy to solve the poverty mountainous women’s poverty doing my best.This paper consists of eight parts:The introduction,the first part,introduces the domestic and foreign research,institute do review and discusses the purpose of research,put forward the research methods and ideas,defines the core concepts.The second part analysis minority mountain poor women’s survival in the natural field through the space poverty theory,which including geography,geology,climate and geographical environment condition of work etc.Secondly,using the theory of cultural poverty analysis minority mountain poor women live culture field,which including their survival special ethnic culture and rigid gender culture factor.Then proposed the the sustainable livelihoods analysis framework in this study,which respectively from the connotation of the "living","sustainable livelihoods" intervention.The introduction of the three sustainable livelihoods analysis framework which relatively popular in the international.Their livelihoods framework are core factors of livelihood resources and people’s capacity and power to the resource possession and utilization.In the end,using the sustainable livelihoods analysis framework to analysis of the livelihood and living resources of ethnic minorities in the mountains.In the end,is the case for ZiYuan county of minority mountain poor women’s survival nature field,culture field,education field.combining with the-spot investigation and observation to describe for space theory of poverty,poverty culture theory,human capital theory respectively and objectively.The third part introduce the national poverty dynamics from the historical process of national policy for poverty alleviation and development vein.which lead to the
