In the world,Poverty is a long-term enormity problem for countries to face of.In order to solve the poverty problem,disciplinary experts and scholars formed the different theoretical research of.They break through the material and consumption imbalance,which rises to the environment,space,capital etc.This paper analyzes the factors of poverty and go deep into the culture,quality,ability,from the human rights and find out the breakthrough point to solve poverty in human resources.Since the foundation of new China,the poverty alleviation work in our country has been trying to practice.There are 26.88 million poor people until 2010,which includes of the poor women accounting for 60%.According to the national bureau of statistics released 2011 rural poverty detection results show that our country’s "mountains poverty population accounts for the proportion of rural poverty population increase;the poor every year concentrate in the ethnic minority areas".For ethnic minorities in the mountains,the poor women are the more vulnerable groups of poor people.They getting of the livelihood resources are even more difficult and lack of.Therefore,they become the minority poverty mountainous"short board" of the "short board".In the poverty alleviation precise,the state more emphasis phase on "poverty alleviation FuZhi,first,especially for the special groups of poor women.They should be more realed from policy by the education rights and interests protection.So education poverty alleviation has become the "FuZhi",critical path and the necessity.And the implementation of the mountain national minority poverty the status of women,the authorare receiving the education poverty alleviation policy to solve the poverty mountainous area women studies.This study selected ZiYuan county of Guangxi ethnic minority in the mountains of poor women as a case,which aims to study the local minority mountain poor women who are entitled to the condition of education poverty alleviation
