The Research On Leading The Construction Of Network Culture With The Core Value System Of Socialism

In the new situation,the Communist Party of China according to our country's social development,put forward the theory of socialist core value system.The eighteen report of the Communist Party of China puts forward new requirements and deployment of the socialist core value system.Stressed that "to carry out the education on socialist core value system,with the socialist core value system to lead the social trend,consensus in the community","promote prosperity,democracy,civilization,harmony,advocate freedom,equality,justice,rule of law,advocate patriotism,dedication,honesty,kindness,and actively cultivate the core values of socialism".Xi Jinping stressed,we must to enhance the national cultural soft power,especially the higher education institutions must be based on the socialist core value system as an important guiding ideology.Under the socialist core value system horizon,universities are responsible for training of China's socialist successor task.With the development of society,the continuous development of science and technology,the digital era has come.For people's work,study and life,network has made tremendous contributions.After the network and culture,university culture combination,creation of a new cultural ideology--the culture of campus network.In the culture of campus network construction in our country,although some achievements have been obtained,but some problems have gradually emerged.Need to use the socialist core value system as the guiding principle,to lead the culture of campus network construction in China,It has also become an important research content of this paper.This study mainly describes the background,purpose,significance of this study,and domestic and foreign research review,and introduced the basic research ideas and methods.Defines the relevant concepts,definition includes:network culture,the culture of campus network and the construction of College Network Culture,then mainly introduces how to put forward the social core value system,elements and core values.And put forward four major theoretical basis for the construction of this thesis:advanced culture,cultural leadership,agenda setting,media education theory,analysis of the significance of the socialist value system leading the construction of network culture,analyzes the present situation of the construction of network culture in Universities of China,including the achievement and shortage,and summarizes the cause of the problem.Contains The effectiveness of the advanced culture and mainstream culture to leading the construction of network culture is not strong,the values of college students culture and spiritual culture construction is weak,the network moral quality of college students and network behavior was not standardized,the focus of the study,analysis and put forward the countermeasures to lead the construction of network culture with the socialist core value system.Firstly summarizes the basic principles guiding the construction of College Network Culture,then based on this principle generalizes five solutions.Through the research of the socialist core value system to lead the construction of network culture,draw the following conclusions:Improve the regulatory mechanism construction of College Network Culture,play to the guiding role of advanced culture,prominent the culture of campus network' topic cohesion,deepen the spirit connotation of the culture of campus network activity,use the socialist concept of honor and disgrace tamp the basic network moral.
