The employment of college students as a universal concern,the relationship between the vital interests of every family,university graduates successful employment and quality of employment quality to improve citizens' family living conditions,maintaining social stability and unity is of vital significance.A new round of education reform of higher education is bound to bring a storm,transformation and development provides the opportunity for local colleges and universities,but also faces enormous challenges,especially for private colleges is even more so.The development of private higher education and how to better promote the private college graduates,better employment is the development of private education an opportunity.In the past three years,the employment rate of the graduates of Bowen College of LanZhou JiaoTong University has been increasing year by year,and the employment direction has been chosen according to their own needs,but the difference of employment is larger,and the stability of employment is not high.Through nearly three years of college graduates of LanZhou JiaoTong University post questionnaire and interviews to understand,private college graduates and employers face social discrimination in the employment process,the lack of the support of the national policy on school conditions,private colleges in the community of low visibility and poor quality of students' employment employment difficulties.There are many factors that affect the employment of graduates of private colleges and universities,this paper mainly discusses the following aspects: First of all,the government's public policy is the impact of the development of private institutions and private colleges and universities students employment policy factors.Secondly,the level of development of local economy and traditional ideas are also affecting the employment of graduates of private colleges and universities.Third the social influence,brand awareness,employment guidance,the quality of students and the construction of teaching staff are the factors that influence the employment of private college students.Fourth private college students' career planning,employment concept,employment initiative,their overall quality is also a factor affecting theemployment of private college graduates.Countermeasures to solve the employment problem of graduates from private colleges: First of all,in the aspect of public policy,it is necessary to reduce the government's management and control,push the private colleges and universities into the market,develop the local economy,improve the supply and demand of the labor market,improve the social security system,and improve the stability of employment.Second,broaden the financing channels to accelerate the development of private colleges and Universities.Third schools,efforts to improve,social recognition,brand awareness;market oriented,create professional characteristics;improve the level of employment guidance,job occupation planning;actively build employment information platform construction,good communication and cooperation mechanism;create the characteristics of employment patterns,encourage students to start their own businesses.Fourth students,the correct planning of life,active employment;efforts to learn knowledge and skills,improve the core competitiveness;fully aware of themselves,and strive to improve self-confidence.
