The mobile intelligent terminals,Big data and other new generation of information technology are combined closely with education,which has triggered a series of changes in the field of education.The tablet computer as an intelligent terminal,with its application in education and teaching more and more widely,the tablet computer has been extensive attention of experts and scholars and educators.However,what is the role of tablet computer in teaching? What changes of teachers' and students' behevior have taken place in the teaching and learning environment? What is the effect of classroom teaching? All these problems are in exploration.At the same time,the teaching research activities in the tablet computer environment are gradually developed,but at present,the classroom teaching evaluation in such a new environmen and the corresponding teaching research activities often rely on their own experience for shallow evaluation,lacking of objective and scientific methods of teaching evaluation.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth analysis and research on the classroom teaching in the tablet computer environment.From the perspective of classroom observation,the study based on the related literature reading of the relevant classroom observation and its tool design and development,combed the concept of classroom observation,its object and its content,methods,tools,and summed up the general process of classroom observation.On the basis of the theory,starting from the elements of the teaching system,I re-understood the teaching components in the tablet computer environment,and especially I paid attention to the new teaching components on the new teaching environment(such as the APP,tools,teaching resources,interactive teaching platform,etc)in the teaching process and the support of teaching objectives to achieve etc.Eventually I chose teaching(learning)and media applications under the tablet computer environment as the perspective of classroom observation,and determined the activities of teachers and students in the teaching and instructional media application,the achievement of teaching objectives,etc as classroom observation point.At the same time,on the basis of a large number of relevant literature,I summed up the specific content of each observation point in the tablet computer teaching,thenmade the design framework of the classroom observation scale of the tablet computer teaching,and initially formed the classroom observation scale of the tablet computer teaching.To test the feasibility and validity of the scale,based on the 21 st Century "classroom" project,many teachers who come from the second middle school of Guang'an City,and Mengya primary school of Yilong County and I used this observation scale for classroom observation and recording together,we carri ed out the consistency test of teaching effect,found that the problems of the scale and constantly revised.After many rounds of correction and improvement,the formation of a more objective classroom observation scale in the tablet computer environment came into being.
