Migrant children have problems in a certain cultural adaptation when they live and are educated from a familiar cultural environment to another unfamiliar cultural environment.However,schools are major places at the stage of migrant children' s life,study and communication.Thus,the school well-being is directly related to their life happiness.Based on the reading and conduction of related literature about cultural adaptation,the sense of hope and school well-being,the investigation of migrant junior school students(N = 575)through the scale for children' s hopes,the social and cultural adaptation questionnaire and school life satisfaction rating questionnaire for teenagers,positive affection and negative affection questionnaire for teenagers,depth interviews of six representative participants this paper has made the following conclusions:(1)The level of migrant junior school students' cultural adaptation is good,but there is a big individual difference among them.The main effect of ethnic and religious beliefs has a significant difference.There is no significant effect in variables,such as grade and census register seat.(2)The senses of hope of migrant junior school students are in medium level.Religion develops a significant effect on thinking path.Grade and gender have a remarkable effect of interaction in the sense of hope on the total score and each dimension.The degree of migrant junior school students' family wealth has a significant effect on the sense of hope and dynamic thinking.(3)Migrant junior school students' degree of satisfaction in school is in medium level and they have more positive emotional experience than negative emotional experience in school.Religion develops a significant effect in the migrant children schools Satisfaction.The degree of family wealth has a remarkable effect in school well-being.(4)Migrant junior high school student come from Wuhan,Zhengzhou,Yichang have significant differences in cultural adaptation,hope and two dimensions,positive emotional experience,negative emotional experience and satisfaction in school.(5)Relating to school well-being and each dimension significantly,cultural adaptation has a significant positive impact on school well-being,satisfaction with school and positive emotion and has a negative impact on negative emotion.(6)Relating to the sense of hope and each dimension,cultural adaptation has a significant positive predictive impact on the sense of hope.(7)cultural adaptation and the sense of hope have a significant positive predictive impact on school well-being,satisfaction with school and positive emotion and have a negative impact on negative emotion.(8)The sense of hope plays a partial intermediary role among the cultural adaptation,school well-being and each dimension.
