Currently, plank is the most common core muscle group training method. In recent years,a single stable support training has gradually evolved into upper and lower limb instability support training. The difference in training effect of the three is a subject of concern in theory and practice. In the Plank training under different support conditions, the number of target core muscles involved in recruitment and the degree of stimulation affected are different. In this experiment,20 healthy and qualified male male students of22.3±2.1 years old were screened in the Institute of Physical Education at Jilin University. The target muscle muscle power of the target core muscle during Plank was tested under different experimental conditions, and the in-depth study, research and analysis were conducted. The influence and role of related factors. In this study, all 20 subjects were screened for 120 seconds of Plank action under stable support,120 seconds of Plank action under unstable limb support, and 120 seconds of Plank action under unstable upper limb support. The interval between two Plank tests should be greater than 72.hour.During the test, the electromyograms of the target's four target core muscles—gluteus maximus, erector spinae, external obliques, and rectus abdominis muscles were monitored using the Delsys Trigno Surface Electromyography Tester.Data were collected and compared..The data obtained by Plank under different parameters of the subject can be analyzed:(1)Plank movement can stimulate and recruit all four core target muscles. Therefore,it is possible to exercise the gluteus maximus, erector spinae, external oblique muscles, and rectus abdominis muscles through plate-supporting movements.(2)The electromyographic indicators of the flexor muscles of the subjects were significantly higher than that of the extensor muscles under any experimental conditions, indicating that Plank is more suitable for training the core flexors;(3)Plank under unstable support, the rectus abdominis muscle is stimulated morethan the external oblique muscle;(4)Plank,under unstable support, recruited more core target muscles and significantly stimulated the external oblique and rectus abdominis muscles;(5)Plank under unstable support, compared with the lower extremity support, when the upper limb is supported on the TRX suspension system for Plank, the activation of the external oblique muscle is significantly higher.(6)Undergraduates are currently familiar with the core muscle groups. The proportion of core muscles supported by Plank support is relatively high, but the method is single, the mechanism is not well understood, and the principle of surface myoelectricity is not familiar with school physical education. The introduction of Plank training still has some resistance.Under three kinds of support conditions, the plate support training has different effects on the surface electromyography of the human core muscles.Among them, compared to the stable support, the training effect of the unstable support of the upper and lower limbs is more obvious, and the main core muscles of the human body The stimulus is more pronounced.
