Research On Men's Youth Mode Of Partial Domestic And Foreign Football Clubs

To understand the club's academy mode in current situation for our country,through comparing some European countries the situation of the club's youth academy mode through the literature material law,expert interview method,comparative analysis and other research methods,the Beijing Guoan,Guangzhou Evergrande,Hertha Berlin,1899 Hoffenheim and Den Haag in hardware facilities,management structure,training idea and echelon generalization made investigation,analysis and comparison,the main conclusions are as follows:1.In terms of hardware facilities,Beijing Guoan club has fewer training pitches than Herta Berlin and Den Hagg,and there are no significant differences in other facilities.The hardware of Guangzhou Evergrande is world class level.2.Guoan club management structure is relatively complex,not only need to manage their own youth team,still need to jointly manage the cooperation unit(third)of the affiliated high school of China's National People's Congress and the Beijing dongcheng sports school.Guangzhou Evergrande is managed under the expert from Real Madrid,Hertha,Hoffenheim and Den Haag management structure is relatively simple,only need to manage their own youth teams;Guoan and Evergrande club currently has fewer scouts and no part-time scouts.Three European club have more scouts,mostly part-time scouts.3.Five clubs have their own training concept,Guoan club has five aspects to develop players,Guangzhou's idea is to train four times a week plus one match.Hertha club trains the players from four aspects.The other two develop the players from six aspects,they pay more attention to the cultivation of the youth players personality.4.Compared with Hertha and Den Haag club,the number of youth teams in Guoan is smaller.There is no significant difference in the number of youth team matches each year,Guoan also need more staff to take care of the study of the players.Guangzhou is world class level at this point.
