Track and field athletics,known as the "mother of the movement”,plays an important role in developing basic motor skills such as walking,running,jumping and throwing.But the monotonicity and competitive nature of track and field athletics have obstructed its development in school sports.In 2000,The IAAF has designed an interesting track and field program for young children,with the aim of getting more children and teenagers involved in track and field.For more than a decade,there has been a lot of city's primary school introduced the IAAF children's fun track and field project,and achieved significant effect.But there is no interesting track and field program designed for high school students.This study is designed to discuss the feasibility of a fun track in high school.And the students from the first middle school of Shanxian county in Shandong province was selected as the experimental object.The research object and statistical results are analyzed by means of experimental research,questionnaire survey,document data and mathematical statistics,and the following conclusions are drawn:1,Track and field interesting teaching method is designed according to physical and mental characteristics of different objects have fun the floorboard of the athletics activity form,its main method USES the walk,run,jump,cast the basic means of practice,such as cultivating and improving students' athletics ability and interest.2.The interesting teaching of track and field can improve the students' physical quality level,which can have the same effect as the traditional teaching method.The results of the 50 meters running,standing long jump,men's pulpit and women's sit-ups have been significantly improved.3,Track and field interesting teaching methods for two classes of students of physical education,students,the classroom atmosphere,like the relationship between each other,a comparison of the relation between teachers and students and students' exercise habits,there are significant differences on show the interesting teaching of track and field in the influence on the students' psychological excels in athletics is given priority to the traditional teaching way.4.It is feasible to use the interesting teaching method of track and field in high school,which conforms to the psychological characteristics of high school students and the requirements of school physical education.
