In this article,PBL is the abbreviation of Problem-Based Learning.In 1969,PBL was first born in the Mc Master University in Canada.Its basic meaning is to allow students to acquire knowledge and form ability in the process of solving problems.Many foreign researchers believe that the PBL has a significant effect on improving the students' self-directed learning ability.The PBL was introduced into China and spread rapidly(especially in the field of medical care education)around2000.A large number of papers on PBL have emerged.But these studies lack a special study of the relationship between PBL and students' self-directed learning ability.This study focuses on this,and hopes to verify whether the PBL,in China's educational environment,can still improve students' self-directed learning.In order to verify this problem,we found that the process of learning under the guidance of PBL is the process of self-directed learning of student.Furthermore,according to the training rules and ways of self-directed learning ability,the concrete teaching steps of PBL are determined.The experimental class was taught by PBL,and the traditional teaching method was used in the control class.The experimental class and the control class are different from the teaching methods,and the other conditions are the same.The self-directed learning ability self-assessment table,the reflection log and the classroom observation record table are used as a tool for collecting materials.The results of the study focus on the combination of process evaluation and terminative evaluation,and the combination of teacher evaluation and self-assessment of students.By analyzing the related data of action research,we find that,First of all,PBL is helpful to improve students' self-directed learning ability.It is shown that the adoption of PBL teaching improves students 'learning motivation ? enhances the self-confidence and sense of achievement of students' self-directed Learning and The level of students' knowledge and skills has been significantly improved.Secondly,the teaching effect of PBL is influenced by the students,teachers and the teaching environment. |
