With the progress of technology,the application of network technology in various fields is also developing rapidly.At the 3rd session of the 12 th NPC,premier Li Keqiang first proposed the "Internet Plus" plan of action.A variety of media with "Internet Plus" has gradually become a distribution center for people to transmit and exchange of information,and also become a communicator of public opinion.The development of these new carriers is imperceptibly infiltrating and changing people’s daily life and learning styles.It has become a cultural transmission mode which is loved by the general public.At the 19 th CPC Congress held in October 2017,general secretary Xi Jinping made it clear that with the specialization of socialism in China entering a new era,the Chinese dream of "two-step strategic planning" has been put forward and the Chinese nation has led the great rejuvenation of China.Therefore,the work of ideological and political education must follow this change by exploring new ways,and at the same time firmly grasp the leading position of Marxist theory in the ideological field.In December 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the National Ideological and Political Work Conference of Higher Education Institutions: "We must make full use of new media to bring new work to work and promote the integration of the traditional strengths of ideological and political work with the integration of information technology and enhance the sense of the times and the attraction." This means that under the background of " Internet Plus ",in order to make the work of ideological and political education always maintain its vitality,there has been a great integration of resources between the old and the new media,which is especially suited to the new characteristics of ideological and political education.Under the background of "Internet Plus",new media has become the core platform for teaching activities.Due to the complexity of teaching process,many new contradictions have arisen in the application process.Innovates the educational concept,changes the environment of education,enriches the educational content,but also poses a serious challenge.The decentralization of micro-topics weakened the authority of education.The multi-directional nature of information dissemination reduced the feedback of education information.The rapid updating of information affected the content and form of traditional education,and formalism softened the vigor and vitality of education.Therefore,it is necessary for us to put forward suggestions from the three aspects of education subject,education object and construction carrier.It is necessary to optimize the structure of team,innovate the concept of education and improve education should be based on the qualities of the educators to innovate;to strengthen education of college students guide and guide students to establish the correct values,cultivate awareness of self-discipline of college students,consolidate the ideology of college students network security;adhere to the principle of party,principle of education,principle of positive,controllability and inheritance and development of the principles of unity,to create a good environment for new carrier.Thus enhancing the substantive ideological and political education of college students and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
