Social Work Of Mental Health Services For Women With Family Defects And "Two Cancers"

The incidence of "two cancers" among women has been increasing in recent years.Since the pilot project for free screening of rural women for "two cancers" was launched in 2009 and the "two cancers for poor mothers" project was launched in 2011,the public's attention to "two cancers" has gradually increased.However,at present,the focus of domestic attention on such groups of women with "two cancers" is mainly on disease screening and treatment.There is not much research on their mental health problems,and the research on women with "two cancers" with family defects is even less involved.With the increasing number of divorcees and divorcees,the proportion of women with "two cancers" in the form of family defects is also increasing year by year.During the internship,the author participated in the social work service program for women with "two cancers" and special families.He had direct contact and communication with women with "two cancers" and found that their common point was that they all suffered tremendous pain.There are different degrees of mental health problems,and the mental health problems of family defect type "two cancers" women are more prominent,and they need more attention and research from social workers.In this article,the author combines the experience of internship,takes a middle-aged divorced woman with prominent mental health problems as an example,makes a detailed discussion on the process of mental health services,summarizes and reflects on the process,and puts forward personal countermeasures and suggestions.It has provided social workers with a reference method and practical materials for the development of family defect type "two cancers" women's mental health services,and has further expanded the coverage of social work in the service groups and service areas.This article is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction.Through the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status quo,related concepts and theoretical discussion and analysis,the author clarified the research ideas,laid a foundation for the following writing.In the second part,the author analyzes the current situation of mental health problems faced by the family defect type "two cancers" : weak psychological tolerance and serious negative emotions;Poor self-identification,negating the value of life;Contravening external communication,low social participation.This paper analyzes the causes of mental health problems in women with family defect type "two cancers" from three aspects: real pressure,basic needs and social support network.This paper also analyzes the necessity of social work intervention from social work professional advantage of the family defect type "two cancers",and further clarifies the direction and purpose of the research.The third part is the case work intervention.The author describes in detail the personal background data,social support network,the current situation of family defects,and analyzes the mental health problems existing in the case.Based on the actual problems of the case owner,this paper analyzes the three needs of the case owner's security needs,emotional needs,and respect needs.Together with the case owner,the service goals and five-step implementation plans are formulated,and the case owner is carried out step by step according to the implementation plan.Mental health services.At each step of the implementation plan,the author has done a good job of process evaluation.After the case was closed,the author also evaluated the case from the perspective of the case owner and social workers.The fourth part of experience and reflection.The author puts forward the experience summary of three aspects: taking the actual needs of the case owner as the starting point,highlighting the "individualization" service;Pay attention to the combination of case service and group activities to improve the quality of service;Restructure the main social support network and improve the integration of resources.In view of the limited professional knowledge of social workers in the service process and the difficulty in excavating the problems,the author also reflected on three aspects,and proposed that social workers should pay attention to strengthening the knowledge system and accurately grasp the changes in the main emotions of the case;Second,we must adhere to professional ethics and fully respect the personal rights and interests of the case owners;Third,we need to break the real predicament of mental health services and promote the service system sustainable development of service reflection.The fifth part is the countermeasure suggestion.The author puts forward some suggestions for social work intervention in the development of mental health services for family defect type "two cancers" : First,pay attention to the family defect type "two cancers" women,and improve the mental health service system;The second is to explore an effective service model and set up a "3+1" social support network;Third,we will optimize the integration of resources and improve the relevant social welfare mechanisms.
