With the development of science and technology and economy,the demand for education is increasing,and MOOC platform is slowly appearing in front of people.As a new education mode,MOOC platform plays an important role in the current education life.With the use of MOOC platform,how to improve the learner's degree of satisfaction with the increasing number of users and service under the burden,has become inevitable in the process of MOOC platform development,we must face the problem.In this context,this paper takes Nanchang province as an example and adopts the structural equation model to study the usage satisfaction of MOOC platform.To investigate the students from Nanchang,the author of this paper,explore the satisfaction of the Chinese college MOOC from technical support,learning support,teaching support,evaluation and learning evaluation.By distribution of questionnaire,with 5 points scoring method to evaluate their degree of satisfaction,based on sample survey for data collection and processing,basic information about their descriptive statistics in the first place,and cross analysis for their purpose;Then,the structural equation model is established according to the theoretical basis,and the data is used to analyze the path.Finally,the main factors for the satisfaction of the Chinese university MOOC should be summarized,and the satisfaction of each aspect is calculated,and the conclusions and Suggestions are drawn.The main results of the empirical study are as follows:(i)the main target of this survey is undergraduate students of 18 to 28 years old,followed by undergraduate students under the age of 18 and master of 18 to 28 years old,sex distribution no difference;(i)according to the last structural equation model,calculate the MOOC platform in technical support satisfaction is 74.21,the satisfaction of the learning support is 66.25,teaching support satisfaction is 78.00,assess satisfaction is 77.73,the learning evaluation of satisfaction is 78.85,it is concluded that in terms of technical support and learning support just generally satisfied,the degree of teaching support,assess and learning evaluation is more satisfaction;(iii)The result shows that the main influence on MOOC platform satisfaction is a notification function,provides the study data report,provide the course materials before class,different forms of assessment and help of time management.It is suggested that the MOOC platform should strengthen its own construction,improve the scope of course content,and increase interaction and communication,as well as improve the assessment system and self-inspection system.
