Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Beijing Amateur Football League

With the improvement of people's living standards,football has developed rapidly in our country.There are also more and more enthusiasts participating in football in the society,and amateur soccer leagues with economies of scale have gradually emerged.The development of the amateur soccer league plays an important role in the development of football in China.However,amateur soccer leagues have lagged behind in terms of management methods and institutional policies.In this regard,I first selected the Beijing Amateur Football League as the research object,and applied stakeholder theory and SWOT theory to conduct questionnaire surveys and interviews with players,coaches,referees,club leaders,league organizers,and staff.Through mathematical analysis and other methods,the Beijing Amateur Football League is comprehensively analyzed and studied.Through studying the current situation of the amateur soccer league in Beijing,it is concluded that:(1)Beijing Amateur Football League players have a wide range of ages.Players have a wide range of people.They come from all walks of life.Players have high academic qualifications and have regular free time to participate in competitions.Players have a solid football base and a long ball age.The number of football games performed by players each week is less overall.(2)The Beijing Amateur Football League Club has a team-building method.Most of the clubs have captains and team leaders.The organizational structure is relatively simple.The form of teammates and friends and friends form a major part;club funds are mainly used through the AA system and corporate or private.Sponsored access;club coaches have more players and fewer professional coaches;club training activities have a fixed training time;club staff mobility.(3)The organization structure of the Beijing amateur soccer league mainly includes two kinds of sports association management mechanisms and corporate company management mechanisms;there are few staff with professional knowledge and literacy in sports,lack of experience in league operations;referees lack law enforcement experience;and the league system is diverse The league has a corresponding reward and punishment system;there are few league sponsors and there is no sponsorship.(4)Beijing Amateur Football League teams team liberalization,team or club personnel flow,referees lower level of law enforcement,suitable for amateur soccer league venues less restricted the development of Beijing amateur football league.Suggestions:(1)Improve the quality of the Beijing amateur soccer league,including the level of players' skills and tactics,the professional qualities of the players,coaches' ability to coach,and the level of the referees' law enforcement,etc.,and raise the level of amateur soccer leagues in Beijing.(2)Establish a standardized Beijing Amateur Football League rules and regulations,the Beijing amateur soccer league system and league management system to regulate both.(3)Pay attention to the construction of the internal system of the club,improve the overall quality of amateur football league players,maintain the league image,and promote the development of the league.(4)Strengthen the guidance and support of the government and sports authorities in mass soccer,guide and standardize the development of the amateur football league,create a good social football atmosphere,and make contributions to the development of the football industry in China.(5)Establish a league classification system to improve the level of competition in the league.The umpire shall implement a quantitative examination and approval system to improve the level of the referee's league law enforcement.
