Since the government proposed to use the sports industry as an important force to promote sustainable economic development,the sports industry has been greatly developed and sports-related industries have received extensive attention.Under the favorable conditions of the sports policy,professional cycling events have been introduced into China and formed a group of professional cycling events spectators with bicycle sports consumption demand.Therefore,this paper based on the bicycle sports industry,with the purpose of stimulating the bicycle sports consumption and promoting the development of the bicycle sports industry.And it expects that by analyzing the bicycle sports consumption behavior of the professional cycling events spectators,it will try to find out the factors influencing the consumption behavior and develop the bicycle sports industry.and hopes to help improve the overall level of the industry.In this paper,using the literature,questionnaire survey,participation in observation,mathematical statistics,depth interview method to carry out research.By comparing various types of consumer behavior models,Howard-Sheth model is selected as the prototype because of satisfying the empirical research and operability.According to the Howard-Sheth model,the questionnaire is designed from three aspects: external factors,stimulating factors and internal factors.The questionnaire item was initially selected based on extensive literature data,and then adjusted with the help of experts.After pretesting,the questionnaire is revised.Afterwards,the questionnaire is finally subjected to the principal component analysis method to finally form six main component factors that belong to the three factor categories: intrinsic factor,external factor,and stimulus factor.The 6 six main component factors: active perception factor,external factor,symbolic stimulation factor,dissatisfaction factor,social stimulation factor,and competition tendency factor.Three hypotheses were put forward based on these three aspects:External factors have a significant impact on bike sports consumption behavior;Stimulus factors have a significant impact on bicycle sports consumption behavior;Intrinsic factors have a significant impact on bicycle sports consumption behavior.SPSS software was used to analyze the questionnaire data.Finally,three hypotheses are established.Based on the three assumptions,put forward the proposal to the bicycle industry development: Bicycle manufacturers activity title or held a bike race;The government is concerned about the cultivation of riding ambience,bicycle manufacturers to produce bicycle products according to consumer preferences,and event organizers strive to make the event more attractive.
