With the continuous progress of the times,various social relations hidden in the special social activities such as education are also developing imperceptibly,and the role of teachers is also changing.The teacher of ideological and political theory course is the most important factor which affects the healthy growth of students and ensures the quality of school education.In order to help the teachers of ideological and political theory to understand the problems existing in their own roles,and to promote the teachers' recognition of their roles.The Marxism College of Dali University pays close attention to the teaching quality of the ideological and political theory course,takes the "seven one" activities of the ideological and political theory course as the starting point,continuously strengthens the "public course" and the postgraduate education teaching,and promotes the school.Ideological and political theory course construction quality and level.The teachers of ideological and political theory take on the important task of establishing morality and cultivating people.They are strict with their own law and even teach their students painstakingly.However,whether the role of teachers in ideological and political theory can be recognized is a problem worth paying attention to.On the basis of carefully combing the existing research literature and clarifying some basic concepts,this paper begins with empirical research,adopts questionnaire survey and interview method,goes deep into Dali University,goes deep into the group of teachers of ideological and political theory,and takes Dali University as the object of investigation.This paper takes the ideological and political theory teachers of Dali University as the interview object,and carries on the interview investigation to some teachers of the ideological and political theory course,and grasps the teacher's role identity situation of the Dali University's ideological and political theory course more comprehensively and accurately.The questionnaire survey mainly includes four aspects:the comprehensive quality of the teachers of ideological and political theory,therelationship between teachers and students,the teaching ability of teachers and the guidance and evaluation of teachers.The interview is mainly carried out from the aspects of the academic level,personality charm and practical teaching ability of the ideological and political theory teachers,and is based on the investigation data and interview information.The reality of the ideological and political theory course in Dali University is that the teaching management is strict and standardized,the teaching class size and teaching time are relatively reasonable,and the practical teaching links have clear credits,contents,methods,teachers,funds and bases.At the same time,we should actively explore the reform of teaching methods and make rational use of modern educational technology to carry out teaching,but some of the roles of teachers in ideological and political theory are still not recognized.The same.On the basis of finding out the existing problems and analyzing the factors that affect the teachers' role identity in the ideological and political theory course of Dali University,this paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions to promote the problems existing in the teacher's role identity of the ideological and political theory course.For the relevant researchers and practical workers to provide reference to promote ideological and political theory teacher role identity.
