| Water is an irreplaceable resource for human society to survive and develop. It is also one of the basic conditions for sustainable development of human society. At present,we have a serious shortage of water resources in our country, and the water situation is worse. The capital-circle is located in the north China plain, which is seriously affected by natural conditions. The capital-circle is an important political center, economic center, cultural center, international exchange center, etc. The situation of social and economic development is not matched with the supply and demand of water resources. The problem of water resources has become a major factor restricting the economic development of the capital-circle.In view of the above, this thesis makes a quantitative analysis of the present situation of water resources in the capital circle based on the analysis of population scale change in the capital-circle;figures out the real usage of water resources through calculating water footprint in the capital-circle from 2001 to 2015 in the past 15 years;analyzes the impact and impact extend of population size variation and the level of economy and technology on water footprint based on the IPAT model and using the panel data.According to the fixed effect model, the results are as follows: the population sizes of the capital-circle,per capital disposable income of urban residents and the urbanization rate have a significant positive impact on the water footprint, and the change of population scale has the greatest impact on the water footprint. The influence of water footprint intensity influence on water footprint is "U" type, namely the improvement of technical level to a certain extent can expand production demand, stimulate consumption, promote the increase of water footprint;on the other hand, after the technology development to a certain extent,it can stimulate water resource utilization efficiency, reduce the water footprint of the unit product, then promote the decrease of water footprint. At the same time,in accordance with the conclusion of this thesis, some suggestions are put forward for sustainable utilization of water resources. |
