Since modern society,the issue of education has been a hot issue of social concern,and the problem of teacher education is a hot field in education research.Teachers' professional development is an important way to improve teachers' quality and teaching quality,and the construction of teachers' ethics is gradually concerned by researchers.Teachers' professional morality arises at the tide of teacher professionalization.In this situation,the author collects the domestic and foreign research information on Teachers' professional morality,on the basis of the concept of teachers' professional ethics,and strive to build a relatively perfect framework of professional morality of teachers,and then from the practical problems of teachers' professional ethics,analyses the reasons behind the problem,so as to find out the path of practice can be solved the problem.The paper adopts the research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.By reading the relevant literature,from the concept of teachers' professional morality,characteristics,structure,construction and research perspective are summarized,based on the analysis,put forward the concept of professional morality of teachers;teacher professional theory basis for Germany from Rousseau,Kant and Mencius ethics thoughts;then clarify the connotation of teachers' Professional ethics includes three aspects of professional emotion of love and professional in the rational self-discipline and professional spirit of happiness,with care,consciousness,development characteristics and practice;moral problems in the process of professionalization of teachers in the professional and emotional aspects of the cold violence and inappropriate relationship between teachers and the subject;some teachers professional moral level of rationality in the obedience and teachers' self reflection consciousness is not strong;professional well-being of teachers lack of fair products Quality and occupation identity is low;and then analyze the reasons behind the problem,there is lack of intrinsic motivation of teachers,the school will score as the only goal,the social environment to guide properly;finally,from the three dimensions of professional emotion,professional spirit,professional practice to explore the rational path of professional morality of teachers.Teachers' professional ethics,as the inner motivation of teachers' professional growth spirit,promotes the professional development of teachers.Professional ethics not only determines the reason why teachers are teachers,but also points out the direction of teachers' growth.Teachers are easy to seek,but teachers are rare.Teachers constantly improve their moral accomplishment,enhance their personality and do well in guiding students.
