The reform of basic education curriculum requires that changes in curriculum structure overemphasizes on the status of subject-based,over-subject and lack of integration,and proposes the teaching concept of curriculum integration.This means that the boundary of discipline boundaries has been broken and the horizontal connection between knowledge has been enhanced."Team teaching of disciplines" will surely become the teaching principles of current teaching.For teachers,mastering the concept and method of "Team teaching" is the key to realizing curriculum reform.At the same time,with the advent of the "Internet Plus" era,great changes have taken place in the students' learning environment and learning methods.Actively exploring and practicing innovative teaching methods and realizing changes in students' learning methods are important missions for educational researchers and practitioners.Based on this,this study will focus on analyzing the organization and development of interdisciplinary team teaching activities in web-based learning environment,which have certain theoretical and practical significance for the related research on team teaching methods,transformation of teaching methods,and the development of students' learning ability.In this study,the author systematically analyzes and summarizes the research and application situation of team teaching concepts,models,methods and special education community,and describes in detail the characteristics of team teaching,the elements of team teaching systems,the process of team teaching and the function of the special education community,the interdisciplinary thematic team teaching is the main line,and from the perspective of teacher-teacher collaboration and student-student collaboration analyzes the activities of teachers and students involved in the team teaching process are.Based on this,the team teaching model supported by special education community is constructed,and The mode is applied to the actual teaching to verify the validity of the teaching mode.This research mainly adopts the action research method,applies the team teaching model to the teaching practice,and continuously improves the organization and development process of team teaching activities through two rounds of collaborative teaching practice activities.After the completion of the teaching practice,students who participated in team teaching practice activities were surveyed and interviewed,Teachers were interviewed and teachers' and students' teaching reflections and learning reflections were analyzed to test the effectiveness of the teaching and further validate the effectiveness of the teaching model.In the end,the author summarized and put forward several strategies to promote the effective development of team teaching from teachers,students,and schools.The research results show that this interdisciplinary thematic team teaching is widely recognized by teachers and students,team teaching can break the boundaries of disciplines,promote the integration of multi-disciplinary knowledge,and can enhance the collaboration and communication between teachers and achieve expertise complementation,cultivate and enhance students' comprehensive learning ability.The team teaching model and relevant teaching practice methods and procedures constructed in this study are expected to provide references for the majority of education and teaching practitioners.
