Strategic Study On Guiding Attitudes Of College Students Towards Online Affairs

With the rapid development of information technology,network application has been widely popularized;college students are the first group of fans for Internet use.They are keen to,through carriers such as blogs,BBS,web sites and instant messaging tools and so on,actively understanding the major events at home and abroad,social hot issues and problems related to college students' vital interests,and actively express their true attitudes,views and propositions.In addition,the network itself inherent in some characteristics,such as the real time,openness,secretiveness and grassroots and so on.College students' network public opinion would then arise at the historic moment.Since college student Internet users are highly concerned,judgment and sensitivity in the face of the social hot issues,which causes some college students often in the network platform to release or participate in some false,violence,pornography,reactionary,extreme adverse blind public opinion information and etc,these can easily become the hidden trouble of the college students' network public opinion crisis,and affect the students' healthy growth.Therefore,colleges and universities should be aware of the importance of network public opinion guide work,advancing with the Times,and continue to strengthen the study of college students' network public opinion guiding countermeasures.In this paper the countermeasure research of network public opinion which guides college students absorbs in what the domestic and foreign experts and scholars have studied on the basis of the research of network public opinion,it is expounded from three parts:the first part is the related overview of induction of the college students' network of public opinion guide;The second part is about the current situations of college students' network public opinion guide,through the relevant survey data in this paper,and conduct a profound and detailed analysis on the problems existing in the network public opinion guide for college students;The third part is putting forward targeted and innovative measures to the network public opinion guide for the university students,including improvement on the importance of college students' network public opinion guide,and improving the mechanism of public opinion guiding construction,enriching and perfecting the public opinion guide team,innovating public opinion guiding method.In this part,putting forward the countermeasures is the key and difficult point for this paper research.All in all,to solve the problem is the core and key of this paper research,colleges and universities should constantly explore the countermeasures which not only can ensure university students to grow up,but also can promote unity and harmonious campus online college students' network public opinion guiding.
