The History Of Mathematics Is Integrated Into The Teaching Research Of "Expansion Of Number System And Introduction Of Complex Number"

Complex number is an important knowledge point in high school mathematics.One of its teaching aims is to make students understand the important development stage of complex number concept,and to experience the rational thinking,innovative spirit and mathematics culture.At present,some high schools teach this part only to cope with the college entrance examination,and do not achieve the quality education,and do not let students feel the knowledge of the culture in the classroom.It is one of the effective ways that the development of complex numbers can be integrated into the middle school classroom.In this paper,the development process of complex number is integrated into the teaching process of complex number in middle school,and divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction,discusses the research background of the complex number teaching and raises the question.The second part is the literature review,discusses the development of HPM at home and abroad and its effect on teachers and students.The third part is a summary of the emergence,development and maturity of the complex number theory.This paper analyzes the research process and results of the important mathematicians in these stages,and provides the basis for the next chapter.The fourth part is the core of this thesis,including five teaching designs about the history of mathematics in the middle school complex number teaching.In these teaching cases,the research process and results of mathematicians are integrated into the actual teaching,so that students can feel the production of mathematical knowledge and feel mathematical culture.
