The main purpose of this study is to investigate the mechanism of heavy load training on immune process changes, the animal model for experimental study in mice by means of large load(exhaustive)to detect the immune capacity after training,to explore the heavy load training resulted in decreased immune ability is produced in what aspects, make the body's immune ability to establish the training process of athletes in the evaluation of state,in order to reduce in the pursuit of high strength and high load training and reduce the unnecessary athlete disease, which ultimately affect athletic performance. The thesis is divided into four aspects. In the course of the study,Balb/c mice were used as the research object.During the experiment, the mice were divided into three groups: the control group, the 45 min swimming group and the exhaustive swimming group. The experimental period was 8 weeks,of which the first two weeks were adapted to the environment and adapted to water, and the first six weeks were the formal experiments.During the experiment, one is the appearance of mice mental state, the change of body weight, organ index(spleen / body weight)for the first index;two is the eyeball blood,Blood Routine Indexes in serum of mice, which were associated with immune index data for this paper were white blood cell count, erythrocyte count, hemoglobin and the second part of the paper to lymphocyte ratio index;three is to detect the changes of hormone content in serum of mice with testosterone, the changes for the third experiment index of paper;four is the macrophage by extracting the immune organs of mice spleen tissues were detected in the T signaling pathway, cell and gene expression of B NFkappa TLR4 receptor gene expression for experiment fourth index.Conclusion:1.Exhaustive swimming training in mice can lead to a decrease in hair,a decline in response, reduced diet, and a decrease in weight. The 5 times a week,45 min swimming makes the hair more compliant, the response to the flash, the increase of food, the improvement of the health of the body and the ability of the body to exercise.2.Exhaustive swimming exercises can lead to immune cells in the immune system of mice: the number of white blood cells, the number of red cells, the percentage of lymphocytes and the content of hemoglobin, and the decrease of the spleen organs of the immune cells, thus further reducing the immune ability of the mice, and the decline of the ability to resist the disease in the body.3.Exhaustive swimming training can lead to the decrease of testosterone secretion in the serum of mice, which makes the immune resistance of mice decreased and the body is easily infected by the disease.45 minutes per day swimming training can increase the secretion of testosterone and increase the immunity of mice.4.Overloaded swimming training can inhibit the expression of TLR4 receptor m RNA in the immune system of mice, and further influence the expression of transcription factor NF-kappa B m RNA.5.The decrease in the immune system resistance to the immune system in the body may be associated with the decrease in the content of TLR4 receptor in the TLR4-NF-kappa B signaling pathway and the decrease of the transcription factor NF-kappa B content in the body's immune system.
