Combined with the internal control effectiveness theory,this article is based on the internal control case of Beijing S Secondary Vocational School,using literature research,case analysis and other methods to analyze the status of the internal control of the school.There are defects and problems in the internal control of secondary vocational schools,and suggestions for improvement.Secondary vocational education,as an important part of the vocational education system,not only assumes the responsibility of the state's nine-year compulsory education,but also shoulders the heavy responsibility of cultivating high-quality skilled personnel in various industries.The source of funding for secondary vocational education mainly depends on the government's financial allocation.In the absence of internal control,it may result in the loss of fiscal funds and idle or wasted state-owned assets.Secondary vocational schools differ from universities in their educational structure.They also have more vocational education tasks than primary and secondary schools that undertake basic education.Secondary vocational schools have school-enterprise cooperation with different degrees for enterprises.Business is also a typical scene that reflects its internal control.This article selects the school-enterprise cooperation project case of Beijing S Secondary Vocational School to carry out an in-depth analysis of the issue of internal control of the project,and elaborates the causes of internal control problems in the secondary vocational school.In response to the deficiencies in the existing internal control system,it has targeted and put forward feasible suggestions for improving and perfecting the internal control system of secondary vocational schools.The importance of improving the internal control in secondary vocational schools lies not only in the efficient use of state-funded education funds,but also in providing necessary guarantees for schools to seek sustainable development in the future.From the perspective of internal control,this paper starts from the main risk points of current internal control of the Beijing S Secondary Vocational School,sorts out business processes,analyzes control measures,discovers existing internal control problems,and proposes suggestions in order to improve the internal management of the school and improve Internal control ability and promotion of sustainable development.
