Research On Employment Effect Of Circulation Industrial Transformation And Upgrading

China's economy has been developing rapidly since the reform and opening up,and the relationship between economic development and employment has always been a matter of widespread concern.The constant optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure has obvious effects on the promotion of the economy and has also played a major role in promoting employment.Circulation industry,as an important sector of the tertiary industry,is dominated by retail and wholesale and logistics industries,and the emergence of a large number of emerging sectors has brought forth a large number of jobs that require professional and technical capabilities,and has become an industry that solves a large number of jobs in China.The development of the circulation industry has made important contributions to alleviating the severe employment situation in China.However,with the continuous development of information technology and the rise of e-commerce,China's circulation industry is gradually becoming modernized.The optimization and upgrading of the circulation industry has correspondingly increased demands for employees in the circulation industry.For those who are not well-educated and who are engaged in simple mechanical work,there are no retail outlets in the store,intelligent logistics distribution systems,etc.They are undoubtedly a situation that threatens their jobs.Therefore,the transformation and upgrading of the circulation industry will not always have a positive impact on employment,but it will also have a negative effect on employment.This article will be divided into five chapters to study the relationship between the transformation and upgrading of circulation industry and employment.The first chapter is the introduction part,first describes the importance of circulation industry from the background of China's current economic environment,the status of the development of China's circulation industry,and elaborates the research purpose and research significance of this article,and illustrates the research ideas and methods adopted in this paper.The second chapter is literature review.Firstly,it summarizes the changes of industrial structure and employment structure at home and abroad.Secondly,it summarizes the impact of industrial transformation on employment.Then it outlines the connotation and direction of the transformation and upgrading of circulation industry in China and the structure of circulation industry.Changes in employment structure under changes;Section III is an overview of the theory used in this paper,including the theory of industrial structure evolution,industrial transformation and upgrading theory,industrial value chain theory and employment theory.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the mechanism and mechanism of employment in the transformation and upgrading of circulation industry.First of all,the meaning of the transformation and upgrading of the circulation industry is explained clearly.Then from the increase in the value of the circulation industry and the impact of the upgrading of the value chain of the circulation industry on the amount of employment,from the situation of the EDF test and cointegration test are used to analyze the regression results.Retail industry and wholesale industry have a positive structural deviation,indicating that there will be more jobs in the future and an important reservoir for the employment of circulation industry;the growth rate of employment in circulation industry is lower than the increase in output value;science and technology The positive effect of the progress on the employment of the circulation industry is far greater than the negative effect it generates;the greater the changes in the adjustment and upgrade of the industrial structure,the greater the unemployment.The fifth chapter based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical test conclusions,proposes specific measures to promote the future transformation and upgrading of circulation industry.In the aspect of circulation industry structure,we should increase adjustment,integrate resources and coordinate development;encourage the development of SMEs;Strengthen the modernization of circulation industry;train and introduce high-tech professionals;technical means should be continuously innovated,cater to consumer needs,establish a new concept of modern circulation.
