The hearing children from deaf families are called Children of Deaf Adults(CODA).This study explores the experience of hearing children in the deaf family by the method of narrative research, and by the understanding of the growing experience of CODA(s),researcher explores the feelings of hearing children in the deaf families and the roles of the hearing children with deaf parents. This study hopes to provide a sound opportunity for hearing children of deaf adults, and to supplement some material for deaf family research, and to provide an operable paradigm and referable method for qualitative research. The research begins with the past experience of hearing children with deaf parents, and researcher invites three interviewees by snowball sampling. In the process of the study, interviews are mainly used, with the collection of relevant documents,so that the researchers can understand the narration of the interviewees better.Through three interviewees' growth process, the researchers draw the conclusions are as follows:The hearing children of deaf parents have lived in two worlds: hearing world and deaf world. They act as children, brothers, sisters ect,as the same time, their roles in the family have their own characteristics because of bilingual and bicultural experience. They roles of hearing children in deaf families are family interpreters, caregivers of parents, decision makers in the family, and coordinators of family members. The hearing children face potential role conflicts.Althrough hearing children facing role conflicts,by the analysis of the roles and feelings of the hearing children in deaf family, the researchers found that,to a certain extent, the three interviewees can adapt to deaf and hearing world and hold a more positive attitude towards their deaf parents. The reasons are as follows: in addition to the influence of blood relatives factors,it is influenced by the factors such as sign language, living community environment, hearing families, other deaf people, deaf culture and mainstream culture ect.Based on the theory of Bronfenbrenner's ecological environment, the ecological environment map of the CODA in the process of individual development is drawn. Finally, using the model of the ecological environment theory, researcher put forward the following suggestions to promote the development of deaf parents' hearing children: the whole society sets up a correct "deaf view" and forms a macro system for the deaf hearing children with deaf parents developing;the social organizations and institutions working together to build an external system to promote the growth of hearing children;the family and the community(neighbourhood)help each other to create a "love" system for hearing children;deaf parents and hearing children are being important to each other, and advocating real " parent-child communication ".
