Online learning has become an essential learning way for students at present,which increases the autonomy and convenience of students' learning choices.At the same time,students also have problems such as knowledge gap,knowledge labyrinth,cognitive overload and so on.Therefore,people need to explore new methods of knowledge interconnection,not only to conform to the development and change of network information resources,but also to adapt to the general learning.Constructing online semantic learning resources and knowledge schema expression can lighten students' cognitive load,improve learning efficiency,and feedback students' cognitive status timely with intelligent technology.Knowledge graph provides technical support for knowledge interconnection.It provides support for the education system to truly realize personalized teaching.Learning cell platform,by using the semantic linking principle in knowledge graph,dynamically displays the association of learning resources.Due to the manual construction of the knowledge graph in learning cell platform,it takes a lot of time and effort on the knowledge ontology level,and the coverage of the construction effect area is narrow,so it is difficult to display a large number of knowledge and relations.Therefore,based on the perspective of learning cell theory,this study explores the method of automatic mapping knowledge map,automatically builds domain knowledge map,and applies knowledge map to learning cell platform,in order to achieve better learning results.Based on the analysis of the problems,causes and solutions of resource organization in network learning,this paper analyzes and integrates learning cell theory and knowledge graph,and puts forward the necessity and application of automatic mapping technology for knowledge graph.Then,we studied,designed and implemented the knowledge graph automatic construction technology,constructed the domain knowledge graph automatic construction system,and applied the knowledge graph constructed by the system to the learning cell platform to help students improve their learning efficiency and effectiveness.In this paper,there are six chapters to discuss the research on the Auto-construction of domain knowledge graph based on the learning cell Theory.The first chapter describes the background and significance of this research,summarizes knowledge graph and learning cell at home and abroad,introduces the specific research contents of this paper,and puts forward the research process and method.In the second chapter,we analyze the basic theoretical concepts and the guiding role of this research,introduce the core technologies that need to be studied,and finally propose a knowledge map structure based on learning elements.The third chapter,as the core of this paper,mainly investigates the open text for knowledge graph,and designs and compiling the algorithm of entity extraction,relation extraction,entity recognition,PageRank and so on.The fourth chapter,as another core of this paper,completes the design and construction of domain knowledge graph automatic building system,realizes the algorithm in the previous chapter,and completes the experimental test.In the fifth chapter,we apply knowledge graph technology to learning cell platform,and put forward the construction method of knowledge ontology,learning element and knowledge group,and analyze the application effect of knowledge map in learning cell platform.The sixth chapter summarizes the research results of this paper and finds out the deficiencies of this study.It also puts forward the focus of the next step and the prospect of the research.
