| To study students learning level in different stage,the relationship between knowledge structure and score is analyzed by using big data algorithm.1)Research on the analysis of knowledge structure analysis and some relevant development in the world.2)It will introduce some methods of big data mining and will focus on the theory of decision tree model.In the end,there will be an improvement of algorithm of C4.5,improving it efficiency.3)This paper will put the algorithm into the logic knowledge structure analytic system.According to searing form the data base,you can get the scoring average point and bar charts of grades and knowledge structures.First,based on the theoretical research of data mining,based on the difficulty of the educational measurement theory,and combining the data mining algorithm in the decision tree algorithm of data mining,the advantages and disadvantages of the C4.5 algorithm are studied.According to the problem of the low efficiency of the logarithmic operation in the C4.5 algorithm,the improved algorithm is proposed.The knowledge structure and examination results are combined to analyze the data and determine the relationship between the knowledge level and the knowledge points in the examination paper.The result of verification of algorithm shows that the improved algorithm is faster and simper than the old one.According to the decision tree model,using the residual data to verify it takes a very important position between programming and grades of students.Using the testing data to verify the decision tree model can have 90% accuracy.Secondly,knowledge structure analytic system will use the structure of browser/server,it can be divided into single student knowledge structure analytic subsystem,multi-student knowledge substructure analytic system and the knowledge decision tree model system.It can get the grade of student by inputting some special query conditions.It can also show the bar chart of single student knowledge level,the scoring average bar chart of each knowledge point of multi-student and helps us to understand the knowledge level for each student.You can get the relevant data by inputting special courses name and testing information.The decision tree model will use the whole data to analyze the knowledge structure and grades.The computer analytic system can finish this job in a high speed.Finally,we apply the big data analysis algorithm to realize the application of the knowledge structure analysis system according to the system requirements and design.The knowledge structure analysis system is used to hide information mining in the knowledge structure of the final mathematics examination of the 8th grade students of 2017-2018 of a middle school in Beijing,and the second root is the root node.The knowledge structure analysis system makes the data analysis simple and fast.It can understand the students’ weakness on knowledge and the relationship between the knowledge structure and the test paper results,and then find the key knowledge points that affect the achievement,and provide the reference data for the teacher’s teaching emphasis and the revision of the teaching plan. |
