| The introduction of inclusive education has enabled special education to undergo a process of development from isolation to integration.Although the development of inclusive education has achieved initial success in China,there are still many problems,of which the paramount one is the social attitude towards inclusive education.The present studies mainly discuss the attitude towards inclusive education from the perspective of university students.Previous results not only focus on the current state and barriers of implementation and the process of promotion,but also focus on how to take measures getting over those problems in advance for the development of inclusive education.The questionnaire in this research consists of two parts:the first part is the demographic variables of university Students,and the second part is the“Attitudes Toward to Inclusive Education for University Students ",which revised from "Attitudes Toward to Inclusive Education".In research one,385 university students were selected to analyze the applicability of the revised scale.In research two,we got the data from 523 university students and analyzed those data by SPSS.Following are conclusions:(1)The revised scale has a good reliability and validity.The inclusive education attitude scale can be divided into four dimensions:physical factors,academic factors,behavioral factors,and social factors.Each factor contains 4 items.(2)university students’ acceptance of inclusive education is very high.(3)social factors are the most acceptable factor for university students and the physical factors are the least in term of four factors;In each item,they think the shy and lonely students should be accepted in regular classes,Students with hearing inconvenience should have the least degree of acceptance in regular classes.(4)The factors influencing university students’ acceptance of inclusive education include gender,subject,and whether they have contacted special education courses.Specifically speaking,from the perspective of gender,girls ’ attitudes towards inclusive education are more positive than boys’.From the perspective of subject,students who major in literature and history are more positive towards inclusive education than students who major in science and technology;From the perspective of whether contact with special education courses,the result of students who learn special-education-related courses or major in special education is significantly higher than those who do not learn special education courses. |
