| With the accelerated pace of the market economy,the process of urbanization and the advance of the information age,the rural construction has been promoted with a rapid economic development.Meanwhile,the marriages in the rural areas have also changed quietly.Countryside is no longer a closed environment,so concepts of traditional family have faded in the renewal and replacement.New concepts of marriage are spreading in the rural society,causing a collision between the old and new concept of the rural marriage,with many marriage problems arising.Taking the case of Cheng'an county in Hebei Province as an example,the data provided in the Statistical Yearbook of Handan and the Statistical Yearbook of Cheng'an county,and provided by the court of Cheng'an county and other relevant departments are analyzed.The basic situation of divorce in Cheng'an county is analyzed,too.And factors of society,family,individual,which can influence the divorce phenomenon are studied from the view of the cases in Cheng'an county.The results show that there are many factors affecting the stability of marriage,such as proportion of male and female birth rate,increased social mobility,tolerance of law and society,irreconcilable positions between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law,weak emotional foundation,weak marital consciousness,age and educational factors,domestic violence,bad habits,crimes,and the enhancement of women's independent consciousness.The effect of regional economic development on divorce phenomenon was preliminarily studied.The data analyzed by SPSS statistical software analysis results show that divorce rate and regional economic development have a certain correlation.In this paper,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were also put forward to reduce divorce rate and promoting marriage stability. |
