Performance appraisal plays an important role in the management of institutions of higher learning and the promotion of teachers' work enthusiasm,the establishment of a good performance appraisal program can scientifically measure all aspects of teachers' work,so as to promote the enthusiasm of teachers' work.At present,the concept of performance appraisal has been widely applied in Colleges and universities,and it has improved the level of human resources management of higher learning.But in the current education performance appraisal application,there are still many problems,many colleges and universities only using the traditional assessment methods in teacher evaluation,and failed to supervise teachers' work attitude,work quality and professional ethics,also fail to incorporate some factors related to the comprehensive personal career development of teachers into the target assessment.This imperfect performance incentive program is not conducive to the improvement of the overall education level of institutions of higher learning.In the performance evaluation of institutions of higher learning,the performance appraisal of full-time teachers plays an important role.Full time teachers are teachers who undertake teaching tasks,and also the key to guarantee the quality of a school's teaching.It is the first prerequisite for a college to achieve long-term development.At present,full-time teachers have lower level of treatment,the restriction of salary level leads to the bewilderment of some teachers' career development,some colleges and universities are even facing higher teacher turnover rate,this is unfavorable for the long-term development of institutions of higher learning.Carring out the performance appraisal work in full-time teachers,and linked it with the salary incentive,will be able to improve the level of full-time teachers treatment,promote the enthusiasm of full-time teachers.In the formulation of the specific program of performance appraisal for full-time teachers,need to change the original concept,can not regard performance appraisal as mere attendance,should be detailed planning of performance evaluation index design and implementation process.In this thesis,inspected the Z college full-time teacher's performance appraisal plan,studies the improvement of performance appraisal program for full-time teachers in Z college.First,introduces the present situation of performance appraisal of full-time teachers in Z college,conducted the questionnaire survey on the satisfaction degree of the current performance assessment of the full-time teachers.By analyzing satisfaction questionnaire,found the main problems of Z college full-time teacher performance evaluation program,the performance evaluation methods are relatively single,the effect is not obvious,the performance evaluation indicators are not perfect,and the weights are unscientific.In view of these problems,the reasons behind it are analyzed deeply,and on this basis,the performance evaluation program of full-time teachers is improved.In the improvement of performance appraisal plan,the performance evaluation index selection is analyzed in detail,so that the establishment of related indicators can be more scientific and comprehensive,the weight of index is calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the salary incentive plan construction.Finally,in view of the implementation of the improved performance appraisal program,this thesis puts forward somecountermeasures.
