Chemical equation is the most important chemical language in the chemistry curriculum junior high school.Chemical equation is an important tool for learning chemistry.The study of chemical equations runs through the chemistry learning process of junior high school.This study is based on the ninth grade students of a junior high school in kunshan city,jiangsu province.Using paper-and-pencil test method,case interview method,text analysis method and other research methods,study the learning situationon of the chemical equation content of junior high school students.This research use two sets of chemical equation study diagnostic tests writed by the researcher.to diagnose the students learning ability on the chemical equation from the memory ability?expression ability?application ability and calculation ability of the four dimensions.The purpose of this study is to look for the knowledge and ability defects in the study of chemical equations by comparing the two tests after the initial system chemical equation stage and one round of review.On the basis of research,this paper puts forward practical and effective teaching inspirations,so as to improve students'efficiency in studying chemical equations.The results show:After the first round review,students' learning ability improved on the whole;Students exhibit higher memory ability when studying chemical equations;Students' calculation ability is generally low;The memory ability of students with poor grades has the most obvious improvement;Students have difficulty in improving their expression ability and application ability;The chemistry learning ability has nothing to do with the gender of the students;The change of learning ability between urban and rural students has a big difference.On the basis of this research,the teaching Suggestions on chemical equation are put forward:strengthen the normative teaching of chemical language;key breakthrough 'based on the calculation of chemical equation';focus on cultivating students' good study habits;pay attention to the differences among students and teach them according to their aptitude.
