Research Of Jilin University Pingpang Team Management Practice Based On WSR Horizon

With the rapid development of modern social science and technology,education function is constantly expanding,and new opportunities and challenges have been put forward in the management of high-level sports teams in China.The development of new era puts forward new requirements for management mode,and it is urgent to seek the scientific management mode of high level sports teams in China.Based on the management status of jilin university table tennis team as the research object,USES the literature material method,expert interview method,field survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,to tracking of the object of study,and to obtain the effective data analysis.In recent years,the "WSR" management mode applied by the table tennis team of jilin university has created the brilliant achievements of the table tennis team of jilin university.The author for many years with the team training and competition,in jilin university table tennis team learning,training,application of jilin university table tennis team in life have a certain understanding of "the WSR" management mode,on this basis,from "the WSR" management mode in physics,things,one of the three levels of jilin university table tennis team management practice is analyzed and studied.The research shows that: 1.The "WSR" management mode further promotes the benign development of "body teaching union".2.The "WSR" system management mode is a scientific,normative,reasonable and effective management system for the high-level sports teams of ordinary universities in China.
