Since the reform and opening up,China's socio-economic development has been rapid,the demand for talents in the society is increasing,and the demand for quality is getting higher and higher.In order to meet the needs of the new era,higher education has also embarked on a popular development path.In this process,applied colleges and universities bear the special mission of cultivating applied talents with high overall quality and practical ability for the society.However,in the process of applying college teaching,the power of the school alone cannot enable the students to combine the professional experience with the practice of the enterprise.Then it is bound to embark on the road of cooperation with the enterprise.At present,the entire country is promoting the transformation and development of local universities and colleges to applied universities.Its connotation is to promote higher education institutions to transfer their schooling objectives to serve the development of social economy,and to shift the path of education to the cooperation between schools and enterprises.With regard to the integration of research and development,the focus of personnel training has been shifted to the development of applied talents with strong practical abilities,to the improvement of students' entrepreneurial and employability,and to the realization of a coordinated development of knowledge,skills and innovation in talent cultivation.In the course of carrying out school-enterprise cooperation,applied-type undergraduate colleges have unique characteristics,such as “thick foundation,strong quality,and ability”,in comparison with research universities and higher vocational colleges.Cultivate engineering and skills-based special talent training objectives,rely on local characteristics,and serve the development of local economic development.This article is based on the characteristics of university-enterprise cooperation in applied universities,through document analysis,questionnaire survey,and individual interview research methods.Based on the actual situation of Jiangxi applied colleges and universities,taking Nanchang Institute of Technology as an example,the status quo of university-enterprise cooperation in applied universities is analyzed.,existing problems and reasons,and try to explore the feasible path of university-enterprise cooperation in applied universities.Among them,the first part of the paper sorted out the research background and the research status at home and abroad in applied colleges and universities,and elaborated the research significance,research methods and research design.The second part is the overview of school-enterprise cooperation,defined from the concept,An overview of the school-enterprise cooperation model,the characteristics of the application-type university-enterprise cooperation,and the significance of the school-enterprise cooperation are discussed in four areas.The third part introduces the actual situation of the school-enterprise cooperation carried out by the Nanchang Institute of Technology,and analyzes the existence of these problems through questionnaires and interviews.The fourth part analyzes the causes and feasibility of the existing problems in the application-oriented university-enterprise cooperation.The fifth part is the conclusion,which explains the research conclusions and research insufficiency.The results of the study found that in the application-oriented colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province,Nanchang College of Engineering,there are several types of school-enterprise cooperation models that are common: school-industry co-construction off-campus practice bases,school-enterprise co-construction faculty,knowledge-based services to promote talent cultivation and technology Transfer,school-enterprise joint development of technology competitions,and expansion of graduate employment channels.At the same time,there are also many problems in the process of school-enterprise cooperation.For example,the effectiveness of internship training is poor,the enthusiasm of teachers to actively participate in business practice is not high,the quality of students' practice bases established by schools and enterprises is not well evaluated,and teaching The training resources are wasted and the school-enterprise cooperation management efficiency is not high.Then the reasons were analyzed from three aspects: external conditions,partners,and cooperation process.In response to these problems,we further proposed three countermeasures and recommendations,namely: 1 to strengthen the government's policy guarantee;2 to improve the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism;3 guide enterprises to actively integrate school-enterprise cooperation.It is necessary to further clarify the ideas for the cooperation between universities and enterprises in applied universities and cultivate talents.Further investigation and improvement are needed to effectively solve the problems encountered in the cooperation process.
