With the continuous development of modern education,Private education has become an important supplement in public education,and to our country's higher education from elite education to popular education has made a great contribution.Private colleges and universities located in capital source,student enrollment,teaching there's a difference,"double type" teachers team construction is applied perspectives of sustainable development and the important guarantee of cultivating high-quality skilled personnel,is the root of the core competitiveness of the school.The current situation of"double type" teachers is that the supply is in short supply and the development is slow,Private colleges must work hard on improving double teacher training,to have the characteristics and vitality.At present,private teachers of teachers' quality in colleges and universities can not adapt to the need of higher vocational teaching,practical ability is generally weak,more and more highlights the importance and necessity of cultivating double teachers.At the same time,the double teachers is not standard,the training mechanism is not perfect,lack of practice.For colleges and universities "double type" teachers team construction problems,in this paper,first of all,through analyzing the research status at home and abroad,establish the research purpose,research ideas,research methods,is proposed to solve the key problems and the possible innovation points,analyzes the relevant theories of private colleges double teacher training,including private colleges double direction of teacher training concepts,training and impact factors of China institute of technology in wuhan as an example,to the school in double teacher training present situation,problems and reasons in investigation and study,According to the double teachers training in the lack of long-term planning,poor cultivation lack of archives management,the actual effect of the actual,put forward the training did not keep pace with The Times,teachers'subjective initiative is not strong,the contradiction between the lack of long-term management mechanism,through the exploration of domestic private colleges in double teacher training experience and enlightenment,finally proposed the improvement of wuhan institute of Chinese double countermeasures of teacher training,In the aspects of"external guidance" and "internal training" multi-channel training,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:implementing the " school-enterprise" cooperation,introducing enterprises into school,and widening the channels of academic communication;In the aspect of giving play to the role of internal factors,the author puts forward the following suggestions:post appointment,career development,establishment of effective incentive mechanism and promotion of self-worth;In the establishment of long-term training mechanism:the establishment of national or local authoritative training institutions,training required ledger and training files.Improvement of Wuhan institute of Chinese double teacher training countermeasures,on the implementation of the key.
